Rise Above COVID is a movement to find

Study. This study is for people who have tested
positive for COVID-19 in the last 10 days.

What is the ACTIV-2 Study?

The ACTIV-2 Study is testing different
medicines to see if they are safe and can
help adults with COVID-19.Finding
treatments for COVID-19 is important
because the virus is spreading quickly all
over the world and can cause serious
sickness and even death

Researchers want to see if the medicines are:

What Investigational Treatments are Being Tested?

The ACTIV-2 Study is testing different investigational treatments. Some of the investigational
treatments being studied are listed below. Participants are assigned an investigational treatment or
placebo. You will not be able to choose which one you are given

BRII-196 + BRII-198
Brii Biosciences

BRII-196 and BRII-198 are given as
infusions. An infusion means the
treatment is given slowly through
a thin tube attached to small
needle in your arm.

AZD7442 (injection)
AstraZeneca

AZD7442 is given as 2 injections
(shots), one in each thigh. The
injections are given one right after
the other.

AZD7442 is also being studied as
an infusion. An infusion means the
treatment is given slowly through
a thin tube attached to small
needle in your arm.

You must have had at least one of the symptoms below within the last 10
days. In addition, you must have at least 1 of the symptoms shown below in
blue within the last 2 days.
